227.785. Ripley County Veterans Memorial Bridge designated for a bridge on State Highway 21 in Ripley County. — The bridge on State Highway 21 crossing over the Current River in Ripley County shall be designated as "Ripley County Veterans Memorial Bridge". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
