Corbin Memorial Highway, portion of U.S. Highway 71 in Jasper County designated as. — The portion of U.S. Highway 71 located in a county of the first classification with more than one hundred four thousand six hundred but less than one hundred four thousand seven hundred inhabitants shall be named the "Trooper Charles P. Corbin Memorial Highway".
