Trooper Jimmie Linegar Memorial Highway, portion of U.S. Highway 65 in Taney County designated as. — The portion of United States Highway 65 within a county of the first classification with more than thirty-nine thousand seven hundred but less than thirty-nine thousand eight hundred inhabitants from Highway 265 South to the border with the state of Arkansas shall be designated the "Trooper Jimmie Linegar Memorial Highway".
