2.110. Constitution — availability and distribution. — The secretary of state, as soon as practicable after any amendments have been adopted, shall make available in print and online copies of the Constitution of the state of Missouri in the form contained in "Report No. 5" of the committee on legislative research, together with the amendments that have been adopted since the preceding publication.
