176.535. Attorney in fact, service of process, file with director — writing authorizing such service. — Concurrently with the filing of the documents provided for by the terms of section 176.505 , the attorney in fact shall file with the director of the department of commerce and insurance an instrument in writing, executed by him, providing for service of process on such attorney in fact in all suits instituted by any member or members of the association against such association.
