160.820. Departments may contract with corporation for activities. — In order to assist the corporation in achieving the objectives identified in section 160.810 , the department of economic development, department of elementary and secondary education, and department of higher education and workforce development may contract with the corporation for activities consistent with the corporation's purpose, as specified in section 160.805 , including but not limited to the employment of any personnel of the corporation, administrative services, and provision of office space.
When contracting with the corporation under the provisions of this section, the departments shall be bound by the provisions of chapter 34 .
