128.479. Graphical map of official congressional district boundaries to be published. — Upon the passage and enactment of sections 128.471 to 128.478 , and as provided to the revisor of statutes, the revisor of statutes shall publish the graphical map representation of the official congressional district boundaries as an appendix of the Revised Statutes of Missouri.

*Revisor's Note: On September 29, 2025, a petition for referendum ( Chapter 116 , RSMo) on House Bill No. 1 as enacted by the 103rd General Assembly, 2nd Extraordinary Session of the 1st Regular Session was received by the Secretary of State's Office. On November 13, 2025, the official ballot title was certified by the Secretary of State (Section 116.180 , RSMo) and approved for circulation in accordance with Article III, Section 52(a) of the Missouri Constitution.
On December 9, 2025, the Secretary of State's Office received 691 boxes of referendum petitions for House Bill No. 1. The submitted petition signatures are subject to verification by election authorities and the Secretary of State.
