108.1020. Bonds exempt from taxation. — Build America bonds and any recovery zone bonds issued by the state of Missouri or an entity described in subdivision
(4)of subsection 1 of section 108.1000 and the interest thereon shall be exempt from all taxation by the state of Missouri and its political subdivisions.
