104.354. Part-time legislative employee retirement benefits — funding. — In each fiscal year in which retirement benefits are to be paid to retired employees described in paragraph
(b)of subdivision
(21)of section 104.010 because of the provisions of section 104.352 , funding for such benefits shall be provided as set forth in section 104.436 . All benefits paid because of the provisions of section 104.352 shall be paid by the retirement system along with all other retirement benefits due such retired employees under the retirement system.
