85.0505 FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE IN STATE PARKS.

Subdivision 1. Itasca State Park.
Minnesota-produced wine and beer may be sold and consumed by the drink at the restaurant in Douglas Lodge in Itasca State Park, subject to other laws relating to the sale of intoxicating liquor.
