61A.315 INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS; LIMITATIONS.
The sum of the value of assets permitted to be acquired pursuant to sections 61A.31, subdivision 3 and 61A.28, subdivision 6 , paragraphs
(a)and
(b)shall not exceed 30 percent of admitted assets as of the end of the preceding calendar year.
