60L.15 ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS.
§
Subdivision 1. Authorization.
An insurer aggrieved by an order or any other act or failure to act of the commissioner regarding compliance with sections 60L.01 to 60L.15 , may request a hearing by following the procedures of chapter 14.
§
Subd. 2. Private hearing.
The commissioner shall hold hearings under this section privately unless the insurer requests a public hearing, in which case the hearing is public.
