38.14 APPROPRIATIONS FOR COUNTY FAIRS.
§
Subdivision 1. Conditions, procedures, bond.
A county board may annually appropriate money to assist in maintaining a county fair managed by a county agricultural society. The appropriation shall be made either to the treasurer of the society or to some other suitable person.
§
Subd. 2. Except Ramsey County.
This section and section 38.15 do not apply to Ramsey County.
