35.01 DEFINITIONS.
§
Subdivision 1. Scope.
Unless the language or context clearly indicates that a different meaning is intended, the words defined in this section as used in this chapter have the meanings given them.
§
Subd. 2. Board; state board.
"Board" or "state board" means the Board of Animal Health.
