173.11 CHAPTER VIOLATIONS, MISDEMEANOR.
Any person who is convicted of violating any provision of sections 173.01 to 173.11 , or of violating any rule issued or adopted thereunder after receiving notice thereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
