148.6412 LICENSURE BY EQUIVALENCY.

Subdivision 1.
MS 2018 [Repealed, 2020 c 79 art 2 s 26 ]

Subd. 2. Persons currently certified by NBCOT.
The board may license any person who holds current NBCOT certification as an occupational therapy practitioner. Nothing in this section limits the board's authority to deny licensure based upon the grounds for discipline in sections 148.6401 to 148.645 .
§
Subd. 3. Application procedures.
Applicants for licensure by equivalency must provide the application materials as required by section 148.6420, subdivision 1 .
