148.5186 APPLICATION OF AUDIOLOGY AND SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY INTERSTATE COMPACT TO EXISTING LAWS.
§
Subdivision 1. Rulemaking.
Rules developed by the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Compact Commission under section 148.5185 are not subject to sections 14.05 to 14.389 .
§
Subd. 2. Background studies.
The commissioner of health is authorized to require an audiologist or speech-language pathologist licensed in Minnesota as the home state to submit to a criminal history background check under section 144.0572 .
