144.49 VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES.
§
Subdivision 1. Violating rules or board directions.
Any person violating any rule of the commissioner or any lawful direction of a community health board as defined in section 145A.02, subdivision 5 , or an agent of a community health board as authorized under section 145A.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Subd. 6. Operating without license.
Any person, partnership, association, or corporation establishing, conducting, managing, or operating any hospital, sanitarium, or other institution in accordance with the provisions of sections 144.50 to 144.56 , without first obtaining a license therefor is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Subd. 7. Operating outside law or rules.
Any person, partnership, association, or corporation which establishes, conducts, manages or operates any hospital, sanitarium or other institution required to be licensed under sections 144.50 to 144.56 , in violation of any provision of sections 144.50 to 144.56 or any rule established thereunder, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
§
Subd. 8. False statements in reports.
Any person lawfully engaged in the practice of healing who willfully makes any false statement in any report required to be made is guilty of a misdemeanor.
