103F.901 DEFINITIONS.
§
Subdivision 1. Applicability.
The definitions in this section apply to sections 103F.901 to 103F.905 .
§
Subd. 2. Board.
"Board" means the Board of Water and Soil Resources.
§
Subd. 3. Commissioner.
"Commissioner" means the commissioner of natural resources.
§
Subd. 4. Comprehensive local water plan.
"Comprehensive local water plan" has the meaning given in section 103B.3363, subdivision 3 .
§
Subd. 5. Local unit of government.
"Local unit of government" means a county board, joint county board, watershed management organization, or watershed district.
§
Subd. 6. Watershed district.
"Watershed district" means a district established under chapter 103D.
§
Subd. 7. Watershed management organization.
"Watershed management organization" has the meaning given in section 103B.205, subdivision 13 .
§
Subd. 8. Wetland.
"Wetland" has the meaning given in section 103G.005, subdivision 19 .
