791.413 Transfer of records, property, personnel, and unexpended balances of appropriations and other resources.
Sec. 13.
Not later than 180 days after the effective date of this act, any records, property, personnel, and unexpended balances of appropriations and other resources necessary to the operation of the office shall be transferred to the office by the department of corrections.
