774.9 Authority of municipal court judge to issue subpoena and administer oaths in misdemeanor and ordinance violation cases.
Sec. 9.
A judge of a municipal court has the same authority to issue a subpoena to compel the attendance of a witness and to administer oaths in misdemeanor or ordinance violation cases as a district court judge has in misdemeanor or ordinance violation cases which are tried in the district court.
