774.1e Refusal by, or neglect of, complainant to pay costs; judgment; execution; disposition of money collected.
Sec. 1e.
If the complainant refuses or neglects to pay the costs accrued under section 1d of this chapter, the court immediately may enter judgment against the complainant for the amount of those costs and issue execution on that judgment, in the same manner and with the same effect as in case of an execution issued by the circuit court on a judgment in a civil action. Money collected under this section shall be paid to the trial court and shall be applied to the payment of the costs for which the judgment was rendered.
