750.458 Detaining person in house of prostitution for debt; felony.
Sec. 458.
Any person who attempts to detain any person in a disorderly house or house of prostitution because of any debt or debts the person has contracted, or is said to have contracted while living in that house, is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than 2 years or more than 20 years.
