750.371 Second or subsequent violation; penalty.
Sec. 371.
Any person who is convicted of a second or subsequent violation of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not less than $50.00 or more than $1,000.00.
