729.214 Challenges.
Sec. 14.
Any person drawn as a juror may be challenged for cause for the same reasons he could have been challenged for cause if drawn as a juror in a trial in the circuit court. The respondent and the prosecuting attorney in state cases, and the city attorney in city cases, shall each be entitled to 5 peremptory challenges, and no more.
