570.401 Repeal; saving clause.
Sec. 1.
That chapter 122 of the Revised Statutes of 1846, and an act entitled "An act to amend an act to regulate proceedings in the collection of demands against ships, boats and vessels," approved April first, 1850, and an act entitled "An act to amend chapter 122 of the Revised Statutes," approved February 17, 1857, the aforesaid laws constituting chapter 149 of the Compiled Laws, be and the same are hereby repealed: Provided, That this act shall not affect any case or proceeding under the aforesaid laws commenced before the passage of this act, but every such case or proceeding may be continued to its final consummation in like manner as if this act had not been passed:
And further provided, That this act shall not affect any lien which may have accrued under the aforesaid laws, and is existing at the time of the passage hereof; but every such lien shall be enforced according to the provisions of this act.
