560.223 Complaint; contents.
Sec. 223.
The complaint shall set forth:
(a)The part or parts, if any, sought to be vacated and any other correction or revision of the plat sought by the plaintiff.
(b)The plaintiff's reasons for seeking the vacation, correction, or revision.
