559.242 Promulgation of rules, forms, and orders; definition of terms.
Sec. 142.
The administrator may promulgate rules, forms, and orders as are necessary to implement this act or which are necessary for the establishment of unusual forms of condominium projects; and may define any terms necessary in administration of the act. The rules and definition of terms shall be promulgated pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being sections 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
