557.210 Exemptions; homestead, encumbrance or disposition.
Sec. 10.
Nothing in this act shall be deemed to affect or modify the exemptions to which the husband and the wife, or either of them, are entitled by law. The homestead, whether it is separate property or community property, shall not be disposed of or encumbered except as provided by law prior to the enactment of this act.
