54.264 Commission; chairperson; meetings.
Sec. 4.
At the commission's first meeting, 1 member of the commission shall be selected by a majority of the commission members to be chairperson. The commission shall meet at least 2 times each year, at a time and place agreed upon by the commission. The chairperson may call special meetings at a time and place determined by the chairperson.
