54.204 Corner record; completion and filing of land corner recordation certificate.
Sec. 4.
If sections 3, 3a, and 3b do not apply, a surveyor who monuments or uses a corner may complete, sign, seal, and file with the register of deeds of the county where the corner is situated a land corner recordation certificate for the corner.
