500.7948 Liability.
Sec. 7948.
There shall not be liability on the part of and a cause of action of any nature shall not arise against any member insurer, the association, agents or employees of the association, the board of governors, or the commissioner or representatives of the commissioner for any action taken by them in the exercise of their powers and performance of their duties under this chapter.
