500.4405 Group life insurance policy; issuance to trust or trustees; requirements.
Sec. 4405.
Notwithstanding section 4404, a group life insurance policy may be issued to a trust or trustees of a fund established by 2 or more employers to insure 1 or more employees of the employers.
