500.3406oo Coverage for mental health screenings during postpartum period.
Sec. 3406oo.
An insurer that delivers, issues for delivery, or renews in this state a health insurance policy shall provide coverage for mental health screenings during the postpartum period as described in section 9137 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.9137.
