500.2111d Home insurance; premium discount plan for senior citizens.
Sec. 2111d.
Notwithstanding section 2111, an insurer may establish or maintain for home insurance a premium discount plan for senior citizens in this state who are at least 55 years of age or older, if the plan is uniformly applied by the insurer throughout this state.
