485.19 Failure to furnish cargo statement; penalty.
Sec. 19.
In case the master or clerk of any boat or vessel shall neglect or refuse to furnish the statement as required by section 11 of this re-enacted and amended act, he shall be liable to a fine not exceeding 100 dollars, to be sued for and be recovered by said company.
