483.160 Exemptions; applicability of act.
Sec. 10.
(1)This act does not apply to a pipeline facility or the transportation of gas subject to the jurisdiction of the federal energy regulatory commission under the natural gas act, chapter 556, 52 Stat. 821, 15 U.S.C. 717 to 717w.
(2)This act applies to a person engaged in interstate commerce other than a person subject to the jurisdiction of the federal energy regulatory commission.
