480.17a Rules; rescission.
Sec. 7a.
The department of state police may promulgate rules necessary to the accomplishment of the purpose of this act. The administrative rules promulgated and filed with the secretary of state on June 22, 1984 and any subsequent revisions to those rules were rescinded effective January 1, 1996 by 1995 PA 265.
