462.2a Applicability of act.
Sec. 2a.
This act does not apply to a railroad or a railroad, bridge, or tunnel company regulated by the railroad code of 1993, Act No. 354 of the Public Acts of 1993, being sections 462.101 to 462.451 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. In case of a conflict between this act and Act No. 354 of the Public Acts of 1993 with respect to the regulation of railroads and railroad, bridge, and tunnel companies, Act No. 354 of the Public Acts of 1993 shall control.
