462.251 Removal of person from train by conductor or employee.
Sec. 251.
If a person refuses to pay his or her fare, or refuses to obey the regulations established for the convenience and safety of passengers, the conductor of the train or an employee of the railroad company may remove the person from the train at any usual stopping place.
