460.629 Failure to collect and remit assessments; penalties.
Sec. 9.
A person that fails to collect or remit an assessment under this act shall pay to the commission the amount due, plus both of the following:
(a)A late fee of 10% of the amount due.
(b)An additional late fee of 1% of the amount due for each month the payment is overdue.
