460.626 Propane commission; body corporate; powers.
Sec. 6.
The commission is a body corporate and may sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, contract and be contracted with, and carry out all powers granted to it. The commission is a public body and has the powers necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. A grant of power to the commission is an extension of the power of the commission and not a limitation of the power of the commission.
