460.1113 Pollution control equipment; use of natural gas in installation, operation, or testing; exemption; effective date of section.
Sec. 113.
(1)Notwithstanding any other provision of this part, natural gas used in the installation, operation, or testing of any pollution control equipment is exempt from the requirements of, and calculations of compliance required under, this part.
(2)This section, as amended by the act that added this subsection, takes effect January 1, 2021.
