Sec. 9.
Any Protestant Episcopal church whose corporate term of existence has expired, or may be about to expire, or may hereafter expire, by limitation, may be reorganized under this act, so as to become subject to the provisions thereof, whenever the wardens and vestry members, de jure or de facto, shall execute and file articles of agreement as provided in this act.
