458.253 Filing articles; acquisition of title to property.
Sec. 3.
Such articles of agreement, when duly signed and acknowledged, shall be filed with the corporation and securities bureau of the department of commerce; and it shall not be lawful for such church to acquire the title to any property until such articles are so filed.
