457.677 Amendment of articles; procedure; evidence of existence.
Sec. 7.
The articles of association may be amended by the vote of 2/3 of all the delegates present and voting at any convention of delegates; but the amendment shall only become effective when a copy thereof duly certified under the seal of the bund by the president and secretary to be a true copy of the amendment passed by the vote aforesaid, shall have been filed with the secretary of state of the state of Michigan. Copies of all amendments of the constitution and by-laws, duly certified under the seal of the bund by the president and secretary to have been made pursuant to law, shall be filed with the secretary of state of the state of Michigan before such amendments shall become effective.
A copy of such articles of association and the amendments thereof, and a copy of the constitution and by-laws and resolution filed therewith, and all amendments of the constitution and by-laws, when duly certified to according to law under the seal of this state, shall be received as prima facie evidence in all courts of this state of the existence and due incorporation of such corporation or bund, and of the contents and legal effects of said original instruments.
