457.264 Officers; board of directors.
Sec. 4.
The officers of said corporation shall be: the worthy grand matron, the worthy grand patron, the associate grand matron, the associate grand patron, the grand secretary, the grand treasurer, the grand conductress, and the associate grand conductress, for the time being, and they shall constitute the board of directors of said corporation for the transaction of all business authorized by this act.
