454.4 Mechanics' associations; governing law.
Sec. 4.
Every association formed under this act shall have all the rights, powers and privileges granted by, and shall be subject to all the provisions of chapter number 55, in title number 10 of the Revised Statutes so far as the same are not repugnant to the constitution or to this act.
