Sec. 34.
In addition to the penalties provided in sections 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33, the holder of a license who violates section 29, 30, 31, 32, or 33 is subject to penalties prescribed by the racing commissioner that may include the suspension or revocation of the person's license.
