430.5 Certificate.
Sec. 5.
Upon granting registration as aforesaid, the administrator shall issue a certificate to the petitioners, showing that a search of his or her records fails to disclose any conflict between the name, badge, button, decoration, charm, emblem, rosette, or other insignia proposed to be registered, and any other name, badge, button, decoration, charm, emblem, rosette, or other insignia registered pursuant thereto.
